White vein kratom is criminally overlooked.
Learn why so many veteran kratom users keep white veins permanently in stock as we dig into the unique effects, varieties, and how to get the most benefit from them.
Here’s the deal:
Although white veins aren’t ideal for pain relief or anti-anxiety effects, they shouldn’t be discounted.
Their real power is in their energy, focus and endurance-boosting effects.
Where white veins truly shine is in long, draining situations where physical and mental fatigue would be otherwise inevitable.
In Thailand, these strains have been historically popular by those who work difficult physical jobs outdoors.
Despite having less less painkilling properties than green and red vein strains, whites are some of the most energetic, clear headed, and enjoyable strains; it is these properties which make them incredibly useful part of anyone’s toolkit.
Many use white vein kratom for a powerful and long-lasting pick-me-up.
In fact, we have heard of several people have replaced their morning coffee with a white with great results.
The best part?
The energy from these strains tends to be much cleaner than the jittery energy of caffeine and other stimulants, thanks to its blend of energetic and calming alkaloids.
Even better, by providing energy and dampening pain and fatigue, this blend of alkaloids make it highly effective for endurance.
Many users of white vein kratom have reported unique cognition boosting effects. The most
notable and common of these effects has been increased focus.
Although the reason for this is still unknown, experientially it appears to dampen “background noise” and provide a calm energy.
Because current research is limited, it may be some time before we can delve more deeply into the biological reasons for this effect.
White veins are found in a multitude of different regions and strains.
Why does this matter?
Because vein color is just one several characteristics that impacts effects, the power of white veins can be heavily modified by the characteristics of the strain itself.
Keeping this in mind as we dig into the different strains will give you a much better understanding of how to use them effectively.
Because Borneo strains are typically more sedative in character than many other strains, white Borneos have a very unique set of properties.
Any sufficiently potent variety has a great ability to provide both energy and pain relief.
How can you this help?
This combination of effects makes it great for those who require pain or anxiety relief, but don’t want to sacrifice performance or energy in order to achieve it.
White vein Borneo kratom is similar to Indo in this regard, and they share these common characteristics.
On top of the already energetic effect of Thai, white vein thai can provide a significant amount of stimulation, making it highly effective for tedious work or jobs requiring sustained energy.
However, those who are sensitive to stimulants should begin at low doses as it can cause excessive stimulation or jitters in some.
Take note that the painkilling effects of WVT are not very pronounced.
White vein maeng da is very similar to Thai in most regards, but tends to have somewhat more potent pain relieving effects.
Here’s the catch:
After years in the kratom community, we’ve noticed something that very interesting about this white vein kratom: people tend to love it or get little effect from it at all.
With other varieties, such as red veins, the effect from person to person is fairly even, while white veined strains tend to work in a different way: some don’t get any notable effects, while others feel too stimulated.
Because of this, not every person may be particularly well-suited for them.
Like any other good thing, it is typically worth a shot, as the effects can be very useful.
Additionally, white vein kratom dosage may be different than that of other strains, some who are sensitive to the effects may require less, whereas those who are less sensitive may require more.
Because of this, it is a good idea to monitor dosage and start low!
White veined kratom carries with it a variety of great properties; however, not everyone is affected the same way, so it may take some trial and error to find the ideal strain and dosage for yourself.
For those who want to dig a bit deeper:
The reason for the difference in effects between white and red vein strains is their varied alkaloid profiles.
In this variety of kratom, we would expect to see a proportionally higher amount of mitragynine (which has paradoxical stimulating and sedating properties), and a lower amount of 7-hydroxymitragynine (sedating).
With studies done in varied regions, we have some rudimentary information about alkaloidal differences between strains, but even with cross-referencing these few studies, there is little control with regard to vein type, making these alkaloid variations little more than an educated guess.
